Assistant Of Oversea Sale Department

- Collect orders from customers.
- Manage orders with China factory and response customer via email in English.
- Manage the volume of imported goods, inventory for domestic market...
- To collect samples from customers and send it to China factory for quotation

- To manage order like tracking, shipping doc, B/L, ...

- Regularly check delivery, quality, payment, ... etc
- Visit the customer's factory to submit shipping sample and collect fabric for quotation.
- Mainly working for parent company: SejoongTranding Company_ Supporting Subsidiary Company: Phuc Trang Import Export Co., LTD.
- Grasp basic information about fabric, material, thickness, properties, characteristics, ... of each type of fabric.

+ Probation: 3 months / 85% of salary
+ Salary: Competency-based agreement
+ Working time: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 to 17:00
+ Holidays: 12 days off / year

- Advanced in English
- Work directly with boss and Chinese co-wokers in English
- Proficiently use Excel & Outlook
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience related to textile business
- Salary can be negotiated based on capacity and / Consider annual review salary
- Grasp basic information about fabric, material, thickness, properties, characteristics, ... of each type of fabric
