| Mô tả: |
1. Administers monitors and continuously ensures that all operations confirm to safety requirements and maintain high safety standards. Risk assessment applies of all activity for maintaining and repairing equipment as Press Machine, CNC Cutting Machine… and ensures workers of acknowledge well before work carry out.
2. Organizes and plans the work schedule and ensure that the jobs are being carried out with efficiency man hour; Apply for what is works; able to give “work order” to each working team in efficiency and good sequence; apply to identify technical require critical job and ensure team leaders/assign team leader acknowledge
3. Monitors to support for repairing equipment to follow work progress, work quality, man hour consume, to ensure that it is on schedule and properly conducted. Recommend and feedback to superintendent & manager relevant problem for repairing or replace
4. Able to control workers using tool in correct method; Recommend, check all necessary tool ; ensure enough tools for each working team with less time for waiting tool and borrow tool
5. Check the work in each step before re & operation of equipment .
6. Checking, reminding regularly teams of each groups return broken equipment to W&L except light bulb, battery bring to treatment area
7. Checking, monitoring, reminding regularly teams update electric equipment, material in store to serve for maintenance work
8. Leading electric groups maintenance perform to repair, maintain work when requested by Superintendent or Manager
9. Instructing subordinate and monitoring work following work exactly about technique to ensure requirement progress and safety
10. Maintaining, observing process, policy, standard of the Company. Reminding subordinate to correct the fault when finding error |
| Yêu cầu: |
- Minimum primary education with relevant working experience. Junior colleague certificate with good working experience.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience at charge man level. Those without the necessary experience but shows potential can be considered as Trainee Foreman.
- Basic knowledge of safety and classification rules and regulations. Technical knowledge and mechanical trouble shooting. Excellent communication skills and people-oriented. Effective problem-solving & decision-making skills are essential. |
