We provides extensive benefits, promotions & bonus, annual incentive and company vehicle… ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • May oversee change controls for machines & equipment relating to production in solid warehouse, M&E department. • Write and revise SOPs for equipment and general procedures • Be overall responsible for operation and maintenance of the system condition; maintenance, repair/ replacement of mechanical and electrical equipment. • To be specifically, in charge of such items as M & E equipment; electrical supply and electrical backup system; water supply; waste water/sewage treatment; HVAC supply; fire safety and prevention systems etc. • Developing Quality Control Technicians and monitoring their work (assist and to lead and supervise the works of the engineering team and all outsourced contractors in regards to maintenance and engineering works; …). • Responsible in the planning, budgeting, management and allocation of resources for all aspect of maintenance of the Mechanical & Electrical system including repairing of any defects and damages to the system. • Provide training, technical support and guidance on maintenance of the mechanical and electrical system within the maintenance department. • To perform other engineering works to ensure that the properties function properly and smoothly. • Conform to safe work practices and compliant to corporate safety program • Able to interpret the Technical Specification, building standards and relevant Authorities requirement. • Able to oversee design, checking & ensuring/ monitoring Mechanic & Electrical contractors carry out their works and provide effective site supervision if required. • Familiar with M&E equipment and materials supplies in Vietnam. • Ability to present technical information in formal settings • Observe and record data in an accurate, precise and organized manner as required • Research, apply new technologies in management and manufacturing • Analyze and install automatic system, automatic line for production process Yêu cầu: • Age: 30 years old and above • Function: Department • Required Travel: Yes • Base Salary: Confidential SKILLS REQUIREMENTS • Knowledge & facilitate HVAC, Electrical, Plumping, RO, Fire alarm & Firefighting, Plumbing & Sanitary system for manufacturing factory • Possess the ability to make independent and sound decisions • Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop Technicians. QUALIFICATIONS • University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering • Over 7 years of working experience in M&E systems installation/operation/management for buildings, factories… • Fluently in spoken and written English on building M&E terminologies. • Able to operate AutoCAD and standard office software. • Good communication skills, verbal and written in English • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Independent, organizational skills, able to work under pressure.
