- Manage status of all project
- Check daily jobs of all project management team members\
- Participation for MDT meeting / Lead projects
- Responsible for checking the phases of all projects including phases closing reports
- Repare and update Business Plan relating to PM
- Training for PM Team members
- Visit customers for supporting Sales/R&D
- Continuous contact customers for understanding the satisfaction level from customer for the projects/products
- Support customers when they visit DongJin Vietnam
- Follow up the working result of all team members
- Evaluation for KPIs of team members
- Report to RD director |

- Male
- University or master degree of mechanical, Electrical, Electronic major
- Skill
- Fluently in English
- Knowledge ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001
- Knowledge auto card 2D, 3D, MS project
- Presentation skill
- Management skill
- Experience
- Experience in project manager at least 5 years
- Working directly with foreigners experience |
