Công ty TNHH May Oasis Số lượng tuyển dụng: 1 Giới tính: Không yêu cầu Ngành nghề: Dệt may Tính chất công việc: Giờ hành chính Tỉnh/Thành phố: Hồ Chí Minh Trình độ: Đại học Kinh nghiệm: 3 năm Mức lương: 10-12 triệu Hình thức làm việc: Nhân viên chính thức Mô tả:  Make the ethical policy depend on the Local law and customer policy then applies for the factory.  Research potential compliance issues and updates of local and national labor laws.  Contact and work directly with buyer for Social compliance, C-TPAT and Technical audit.  Do the internal audit at the factories and make the orientation action plan.  Observe all sites at the factory and make the report for the customer about their requirements to factories.  Do the external audit at Subcontractor in ethical, technical and security audit.  Visit the factories frequently to check about the action plan and do the corrective action.  Update the concern local laws and customer requirements and transfer for the factories.  Have the meeting with the customers to get new updates.  Attend the audit of third party at the factories.  Make the plan to improve the ethical standard to help factory meet all basic standards and continually improve.  Getting information from feedback of customer: environment, safe, health conditions at the company are fit with the customer’s requirements.  Control and training for factories about ESH, C-TPAT, Technical, 5S…etc.  In charge and training about company regulation, internal policy,security, health & safety for worker.  Contact & organize to training anti-fire, First-Aid, Health checking annualy.  Contact & maitain the relation with Local authority.  Hold meeting and training for supervisor and workers  Take part in buyer’s meeting such as: BSCI, S.oliver, CK, FWF, BWV....
