• Manage BM R&D team
• Check daily jobs of all team members
• Lead for Design Innovation
• Lead for Cost Innovation
• Responsible for the design verification of BM products
• Responsible for Technical Proposal for New BM RFQ from customers
• Responsible for 4M Change Management relating to ECM products
• Training for BM R&D Team members
• Responsible for Compliance Matrix of new BM projects
• Follow up the working result of all team members
• Evaluation for KPIs of team members
• Report to RD director |
| Yêu cầu: |
- Male
- University or master degree of mechanical major
- Skill
• Fluently in English
• Knowledge ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001
• Knowledge auto card 2D, 3D, Catia, UG…
• Management skill
- Experience
• Experience in design and manager at least 5 years
• Working directly with foreigners experience |
