| Mô tả: |
1. Develop purchase plan throughout:
• data analysis, incl. division sales, style/color/size analysis, profit contribution, and competitive analysis
• sales/purchase/inventory forecasts
• mark-up plan
2. Purchase order through regular SP according to the purchase plan
3. Plan and conduct product training to sales staff for maximizing sales opportunity and customer service
4. Provide update data of new arrivals incl. store-by-store allocation for POS system and accounting input
5. Plan and execute visual merchandising to maximize attractiveness and to deliver collection and marketing message
6. Monitor product performance and conduct necessary actions to achieve goals
7. Report product performance weekly, incl. season/division/store sell-through
8. Monitor and analyze competitors’ products and price and ensure we remain competitive |
