Ensure smooth visual merchandising and target achievement of ALDO business in the region in-charged of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Drive branding and business objectives/sales through excellent execution of visual merchandising and presentation.
- Be able to conduct regular training to store team members on VM basics and VM updated.
- Raise the brand image by a high standard of presentation and repetitive store visits with in-store training.
- Ensure all signing and graphics are installed and maintained to the brand’s standards.
- Maintain two-way communication with appropriate partners regarding visual merchandising and store maintenance.
- Actively participate in store-related meetings, training sessions and store visits.
- Receptive to feedback and coaching.
- Verify merchandise status with Merchandise & Logistic team and ensure the status coincides with merchandise placement plan.
- Maintain neat, orderly, and accessible, VP tools and sign storage areas.
- As requested, provide timely photos to Brand Manager and principal of the stores documenting execution of a given project.
- Support store openings
- Work closely with Construction team/ Project team in opening store process.
- Liaise and network with customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Liaise with designers and printers;
- Managing the effective execution/ installment/ quality of marketing materials;
- Managing VM budgets;
- Monitoring competitor activity;
- Other related tasks required. |

Education
- Bachelor degree
Experience
- 1-2 years experiences at the similar position
Skills
- Excellent English (oral and written)
- Very good presentation/communication skills
- Ability to deliver concise reporting to management
- Retail experience is a plus |
