| Mô tả: |
1. Generalities:
• Follow all REACH policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development and creation of new operations, procedures and policies for REACH Business
• Develop Quarterly/Batch Action Plans and monitor progress
• Prepare annual and quarterly plan and budget
• Submit monthly report to Regional Manager
• Work with other staffs to ensure standardization of all processes and sharing of best working practices
• Maintain good communication and relationship with other staffs in organization
• Support in special events for the region
2. Sales and Marketing
• Promote EM Hair Saloons and Training Restaurant using media and social network to all partners and clients
• Develop tools (leaflet, message, clip, banner) for promotion
• Work with other staff to sell up Saloon and Restaurant products, develop proper campaigns and lead implementation
• Liaise with clients to maintain contacts, get feedbacks of services, develop and expand client network
3. EM Hair Saloon management
• Recruit Saloon staff, ensure proper training provided to all staff for their effective operations
• Manage Saloon staff and attendance record, manage materials, cost and expenses,
• Ensure staff to follow all operations procedures
4. Support to training restaurant set up:
• Work with Law firm(s) and Authorities to ensure the Business established legally
• Work with Consultant(s) and partners to ensure the training restaurant to be set up by timeline
• Support to recruit staff, look for places, conduct legal procedures with authorities, procurement of equipment
• Support to develop working procedures at the restaurant and job descriptions of staff
5. Managing Vietnamese chefs during gap months:
• Ensure all logistics for local chefs operations
• Coordinate with Chefs Team Leader (REACH Cooking FA) to inform local chefs of program progress and manage the team spirit
• Coordinate Bento or food sales activity during gap months
6. Coordinating Japanese cuisine curriculum
• Work with consultant(s) and partner to ensure a proper training curriculum developed
7. Coordination between REACH program and social business
• Ensuring EM hair saloon and training restaurant operate under REACH social direction
• Participate in detail planning for implementation of the 03-phase program, inform all Parties the progress of each task fulfillment,
• Liaise with all Parties for information needed for program implementation,
• Manage the timeline of all tasks and suggest actions needed to ensure program in progress,
• Other duties assigned by REACH Executive Director and Northern Regional Manager
8. Quality Assurance
• Work with TC/B2Y to integrate EM Saloon and Training Restaurant into REACH training program (internship, rotation of faciltiators)
Deliverables
• Proper support provided to the set up of training restaurant
• Effective management of EM Hair Saloon and sales of the training restaurant
• Sales target of restaurant and hair saloons achieved after 6 months of operations
• Sales target of Bento business achieved
• A Japanese cuisine curriculum developed for training of disadvantaged youth
• Responsible for completing anything reasonable the Regional Manager asks for the benefit of REACH |
| Yêu cầu: |
• University degree at minimum, graduated from hospitality management (food and beverage, cooking, hotel-restaurant management), experience in social business or hair/beauty saloon management is an advantage,
• Excellent English skills (speaking, writing),
• Experience in coordinating project or multiple tasks,
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good coordination and team work skills
• Business oriented is a must
• Honest and creditable.
• Able to work effectively with students from disadvantaged backgrounds
• Good knowledge of the labour market
• Impartation and communication skills
• Positive listening skill |
